V70: General - Front parking sensors

I have just ordered a 2009 V70 SE Lux. Although new, the car was already built, so I could not have front parking sensors fitted from the factory (it comes standard with rear sensors).

The dealer has quoted me £325 for retro fitting the front sensors, which he assures me are genuine volvo parts. However, he was a bit 'vague' as to whether they will operate in the same way as factory sensors (inc the visual display etc).

Does anyone have any thoughts / knowledge ?

Yes i would say they would work the same way as the factory fit ones , they do on xc90 and new V70 anyway ..
