Default 2003 S/V40 seats

Hi all, first of all, hello everyone :-)
I've got a grey/beige leather, heated seat that's split on the back stitching on my S40, so I've bought in another seat, this one, however is electric adjustment
Anyone know if I'm going to find an unused and convenient plug under the old seat, or is it more complicated than that?
Failing that, has anyone ever swapped over the seat back or otherwise disassembled one.

Your car, being a 2003 will most probably have the connector under there. Unless if it is the absolute basic spec, in which case there is a chance it is not prewired. Have a peak down there and see if there is a grey squarish connector

All the wiring is there already tucked under the carpet.
Even the poverty versions have the wiring there.Remember to put a fuse in.
I put electric seats in my 2002 1.9d sport.
