V60 2012 without sat nav or parking sensors
what is the best way way to fit these can i buy from vehicle dismantlers and get an auto electrician to fit same? only had it a week very pleased so far.

Whilst you may physically be able to fit the hardware, be aware that the hardware is VIN-coded for the vehicle it is fitted to. So it would be coded to the donor car.
Dealer cannot recode the VIN. Dealer can only fit new virgin unit and code it to your VIN And Dealer can only do that if your vehicle was intended to have nav retrofitted. Most modern cars no longer have nav retrofit options. Was common 10+ years ago, but no longer. I imaging the cost and effort involved would discourage you from proceeding with your project.

It might be worth a chat with your local dealer, I'm sure mine have advertised retrofitting before. Maybe it wouldn't be the official system but surely it can be done
