Default Volvo C30 - low power issue

I have recently bought an '09 Volvo C30 1.6 Diesel.

Driving around town it seems fine, however on the motorway, the car struggles to accelerate past 60mph+ which is a real issue. It can reach 80mph eventually, but will not exceed this speed.

Plugged into the computer, fault codes showing as:

DIESEL ENG(Fuel System/Combined System) 7 problems exist
1.ECM-445D EGR Control
2.ECM-2A40 Particulate Trap.
3.ECM-1507 Turbo Control.
4.ECM-6710 EGR Control
5.ECM-4438 EGR Control
6.ECM-4477 EGR Control
7.ECM-4490 EGR Valve

These fault codes were cleared (EGR valve was replaced last year) and after driving the car the fault codes have not returned - however the car still doesn't pick up speed.

After speaking to the dealer (car is under warranty) he has advised that this may be a DPF issue and a regen was advised as the next steps. My mechanic said this isn't likely as there is pressure and DPF was regenerated and flushed at the end of last year, however I will look to clean the DPF filter tomorrow and go from there.

Any ideas?

Weird one. What happens if you clear the codes, do they come straight back?
Is your DPF pressure differential sensor reading correct values?
