If you haven't done any recent work such as removing the radio where you may have trapped and shorted wires you need to do some detective work to figure out where the problem is.... Does it blow as soon as you put a new fuse in? If so try switching all lights off and try again. If OK this time then switch each light on individually and see if a particular one causes the problem. Then examine that light fitting for something shorting to earth. Otherwise you will have to trace wiring back looking for physical damage - not sure if there are any plugs that can be unplugged to localise the problem, I'm sure someone else will chime in if so. If you have disturbed anything in the dashboard area concentrate on the wires to the warning light, and there is vulnerable wiring under the seats You can save fuses by using a multimeter of course.
