If it's any help, on the few occasions i've sent things to NI, the postage has been the same as Mainland UK. They were relatively light things though so i don't know if heavier things would incur a premium or if things have changed as it was a few years back now.

Conversely anything sent to Eire has been a bit £OUCH although the last thing that i sent there was picked up by a UK person working for the same company as the end-user worked for in Eire so no cost known.

At the moment no plans but it is something we can look in to making, I expect we would need some serious kit for that though as the size of the sills would require some large tooling. Firstly though the battery and washer bottle trays are next in the list to fabricate.
Luke, my mate has a serious old skool sheet metal bender in his garage he would gladly sell for the right money, he needs it out the way, His dad used to use it for making sills! i can have a word if you like?
Would need collecting from Wembley, London probably in a van though. Let me know and i will get pics/ details..
great work on the jacking points btw....

Not yet, I've got an O/S one in good condition to sort a pattern out but I've been too busy with other jobs to even think about it.

Due to the cost of materials (which has gone up) and the time involved in making these the price will have to go up as I'm barely making any profit on these. I've just sold a pair (the first set as a pair) and postage was £12 so I can't offer free postage anymore either.

New price for one is £65.50 posted
New price for a pair is £125 posted.
