Well, i've spoken to my friend a bit more about it this evening as we couldn't really talk at work properly. It turns out he's starting up a performance car business called "Custom Technicians". He wants to fit the nos and a custom ss exhaust on my car as sort of a demo so he can take pictures of the results for his website when it's properly up and running and so he can get his eye in when it comes to building the exhaust to the spec i want.
I'll definately have the exhaust done and once i know my insurance company won't have my pants down i'll have the nos fitted too but only a 50bhp controllable kit so it isn't too much for my engine to bear.
I will have him test my engine first (leak down test?) and then i'll let him do his thing.
