Hi Clark, that is a mighty exhaust I bet it enhances the sound of the inline 5 just great. On mine, I would want a nice rumble at idle (but not too loud) and a nice roar (again not too loud) on acceleration and gear change.

Agreed. I'll never understand why with so much info on these cars out there -all simply for the asking - why would anyone compound this and answer someone when they've already plain told you: they're too idle to read it anyway? Astounds me. And that... before you see they've put the post in what any fool can see is the 'selling' section.

I think it must be me?

Get it in the air and check those sills, also inside the rear wheel arches where the seat belt mounting points are located, prone to rust, seeing a fair few with holes in the arch that require welding
