V70 / XC70 Carline Design Roofbox

Hi,

I'm selling my silver 'Carline Design' Roofbox made by Volvo. I'm based in Seaham, near to Sunderland in the UK.

It came off a V70, but will fit an XC70 too. I bought it this week 2nd hand on the off-chance it fitted my XC90...it doesn't!

This roof box fits the V70 / XC70 from model years of approximately 2001 - 2007. It fits straight onto the fitted roof bars with 6 tightening hooks and is much lower and more fuel efficient than many others that fit on to cross bars.

The box is in decent condition, with a few surface scratches and small chips. If you wish, you could repaint it to match your own car.

It comes with 6 mountings for use with the V70, as the roofbars are slightly different.

It can be lifted easily by two average sized people.

It comes with 2 keys for the lock.

Would this box fit on universal roof bars or does it have to be genuine Volvo ones?

Hi,

It doesn't fit on roof bars, it fits directly onto the roof rails, which is why it only fits onto V70 / XC70's, and not my XC90!

It's neat, and a lovely box (low to the car and aerodynamic), so gutted it doesn't fit my XC90!

My other roof box is an old Halfords one and shaped like a cube.
