Default Android Auto and voice commands

Hello

This is my first post as I have just taken delivery last week of a new V90 (2018) and have had Android Auto fitted by the dealer.

When I use the Volvo voice commands to make a call without AA enabled, everything works. fine.

However, when I connect using AA, the phone section in Sensus states there is no phone connected.

More than that, I cannot use the voice commands to make calls or answer calls. Sensus reports that there is no phone connected.

But in AA, I can see and use the phone manually using the AA screen.

Can anyone assist me?

Thanks!

Jay

Press and hold the voice command key for a few seconds, that'll pass it along to Android Auto instead of Sensus.

Hi

That worked! Shame the Sensus software cannot route it correctly to AA.
One problem I also found was that out going calls had the sound coming from the phone and not the car BT. Incoming calls are fine.
Any ideas on this?
