Default Start problem

Hi, it's been a few months since every morning, when I turn on the car, the minimum oscillates for a few seconds. When the outside temperature is colder, it also reaches 2000 rpm and then goes to 0 and goes off. has anyone had similar experiences?

I cleaned the throttle body and replaced the gasket. Replaced the MAF. Replaced the pressure regulator. Check the pipes that have no cracks.

The car is a 245 SuperPolar '92 B200F engine

Hi unipodicose,

You say you replaced the MAF, did you clean the contacts on the MAF sensor connector before you plugged it back in? I had a similar problem (although not as sever) a few months ago and managed to resolve it by using carb cleaner on the MAF mesh itself and electrical contact cleaner on the connector.

Hope that helps,

Alex
