Default Volvo R-Design folding mirrors

I have xc60 r-design on a 2015 plate with manual folding mirrors. Is it possible to install power folding mirrors. I know that there is a kit available but I have two Volvo dealers implying it can be done and another saying that the install cannot be done due to different harness when adding specs in factory.
Has anyone come across this or added folding mirrors.

If it is possible, the costs are likely to be rather high.

I am amazed it doesn't already have them! Push and hold both mirror buttons ( L & R) at the same time on the drivers door and see what happens.

Nothing happens on mine, they do not drop down in reverse gear either. 2013 XC60 R Design D4.

The drop down in reverse is turned on and off from within the vehicle settings in My XC60 but I have it off as it drops too far to be useful.
Powerfold is an option which can be retrofitted but isn't cheap.

Drop down setting in reverse was only fitted in conjunction with power seats. Mirror settings themselves - as in fold upon locking - are in the car settings menu.
