well ill see if the new rubber seal for the resonator helps, because my one is completely split where a car run it over after the pipe blew of 😰 volvo also told me the boost pipe should be held against the gearbox, so it doesnt move, mine is not connected to anything and does move, thanks ill give you a shout if this does nothing

thanks for the link, i am going to order one of those resonator deletes, an update - i cleaned out the egr and the pipe going to it, cleaned the map see sensor and maf, let the car warm up, and the volvo went really well, but, the new seal i fit to replace the old broken one on the resonator box slipped of again with my foot down, so will order the silicon pipe replacement and see how it goes.

I fitted the same replacement on my 185 XC90 Mike.

The seals on the resonator were were pretty tired so this seemed to make more sense.

the new seal fitted and the pipe is still trying to slip, so hopefully the silicone helps, really only started noticed it blowing of since a remap, which makes sense i guess wit the added pressure?

Could be a blocked air filter. Those Fiestas tend to stick pretty well in there

(Sorry, couldn't help myself.)
