Ex-police V70 T5 TV makeover

Did anyone else with Granada ITV see the 'Better Cars' show tonight?
They took a near standard V70 estate and kitted it out with a monster system, dvd, sat nav etc, re-built the police mangled dash fitted 18" alloys and a power flow exhaust!

All was well until they painted a wave on the side, can't speak for others but not my taste.

Still, to get over £6K worth of kit for nowt...

Car sounded great with the exhaust. hmmm

Someone from Granada tv posted on this site some time ago asking for volunteers! Missed the program though

Hi guys it was my car that they did the make over on. Sound system is out of this world its well cool. I think the waves down the side are ok but i did take the small boats off :-).
Only problem now is telling the insurance company see as me number plate was all over the program & name & address.

Thats some motor you've got there! Are the dogs impressed with the sound system? :)

I didn't catch who did the interior?, I've got an ex-police 850 & would like the dash rebuilding so if you could pass on the company name, telephone number I'd appreciate it.

try this company dont know where u live but, these put the sound system in & replaced the bits of the dash that was knackered.
www.sqplus.com they are in trafford park manchesterish.

U could try ur yellow pages or google look for dash repairs etc

Cheers for address, I work in Manchester so if I need to leave it with em it's not too much of a problem.
