Default Low lpg tank capacity.

I have a manual box S40 1.8 2002 bifuel with 105K . Car has a Necam (Koltec) EGI factory fitted system:
Can only fill approx. 31/32 ltrs lpg.!!!
I note that , 42 ltr should be the figure (at new)
Looking on the various relevant threads here,I see that other owners have complained about only 37/38.
Has anyone sorted this issue.? or located the replacement part/s

The diagram on Vadis for the Lpg tank & fittings isnt very helpful, although I can see 2 valves(30630222 &30630223)
these are volvo part numbers.

Many thanks
bill

It will need a new 80% fill stop valve. To fit the new valve you must first remove the float valve.

Thanks for your fast reply.
Vadis shows 2 valves,(volvo part number 30630222 & 30630223) side by side with the float valve. There is no description to them.Do you have an idea which is which.

The car is permanently overseas (East Europe) and the Volvo "agency" know less than me about LPG.I can special parts but trying to identify the correct item.!

thanks again

The 80% valve is the one on the far right with the big hose connected to it.

Before you remove that you must remove the float gauge (3rd from left) by undoing the 4 5mm hex keys. If you fail to pull that out fist you will damage both valves.
