Default C70-2.0D - 177 Hp - 2011 - EGR error P2413

Hello guys
I’m new to this forum so please be patient if I don't do something right
I have a problem with my car, a problem that appeared after un mounting/cleaning the EGR.
Let’s start from beginning:
I got the c70 1 month ago and I saw that the average fuel consumption in the city was 15-16l/100km.
I went to the Volvo service in my town to put the tester on the car and get some info abut the possible issue, but they told me the car looks “right” and that they can’t say IF there is an issue.
I went to another service where they said that the throttle is too opened and to clean it, I’ve accepted.
Once the throttle was down , the service guy said that the egr needs to be cleaned , and I’ve accepted as well.
The egr was unmounted cleaned with the throttle and mounted back on the car .
And NOW the “funny” part starts:
-The car gets in some kind of protection mode and you can’t get more than 60km/h and there is no error/check light
-the tester shows P2413 error (malfunction in the exhaust gas recirculation EGR system)
-if you clean/delete the error, the car works ok, till the next engine shutdown.
-if you stop the car and you restart it , the same problem reappears.
They cleaned everything(see photo no 1) from EGR(pos 1), housing (pos9), egr cooler (pos4), but the error reappeared.
I took from sh another EGR and sensor (pos 8), and I’ve replaced them in the car, keeping only the egr cooler (pos4) and the cleaned housing (pos9)
I’m not sure if the pos 9(housing) works or not as at a certain point I got the P0405 error (exhaust gas recirculatiom sensor “A” circuit low)
The problem was that the car didn’t had any problem till the service recommended to clean the throttle and than the Egr, and now I can’t use my car ...
I changed the service , they said it’s an EGR error “so it should” be EGR...

According to this link the housing (position 9) is an EGR and not housing ...
Can someone show me the EGR ?...
Photo 1 - explode view
Photo 2 - throttle from my car
Photo 3 - housing NOT from my car , mine was really black and with black deposit on it
Photo 4 - EGR from my car
Photo 5 - error P2413 (in Romanian language )

Tester info for the error P2413
Possible effects:
- Inappropriate startup
-low engine power
-trepidare
-check/errors lights (eventually)

Causes:
-break / short circuit / circuit-resistant V / A / OHM without / voltage supply failure V
- EGR malfunction
- clogged / defective exhaust
- vaccum clogged / damaged flat pipeline
-faulty complete command unit
