Default Caravan Wax

It is almost time for me to get the van out of storage and give it a good wash and polish.

I see on another thread a couple of people talk about good quality was on the front to protect when towing etc.

What do people recommend as a good wax to use on my van? Also what cleaning materials/products would you recommend? I am not adverse to a bit of hard work and quite enjoy detailing on my car so would like to bring the van up to a 'as new' standard or better.

Cheers in advance

Personally, i would just do a regular wash, light polish due to the material and because of size and time get something like Optiseal you will be round having sealed it in 15-20 minutes probably twice.

Would use Collinite Super as it will last and gives a very good finish reccomend the paste easy on easy off.

Default Clean Caravan

As far as washing the caravan, I use 'caravan cleaner' purchased from Aldi's.
I found it to be the best stuff ever.

Default "which"wax

there are so many out there big names big prices etc,i have used mer in the past and found it very good, its also been around for yonks,so that should tell us something.
i have also just bought a front towing protector for my van,i got one from specialised covers, its made for my pegasus so should be a tight fit,it will also protect windows etc as well as keeping the front clean.

I just give mine a clean when im bored .thas maybe the advantage of having it in home storage
I use meguiars products as they dont leave dust like mer does.
Holidays are for relaxation not cleaning although a lot of people when on site do just that.
