Stange Annoying "Click"

I get a sound like there is a large stone in the tyre, but there are no stones (have checked). It's offside and not sure if it's front or rear but it starts on the first trip of the day and goes away after 3 or 4 miles. Applying the brakes makes no difference as the noise is still there during braking. Any thoughts, good people?

CV joint?

I'd also inspect the wheel lugs, when they get loosen the wheel makes a thump thump noise

But as above, it could be a CV joint, a loosen axle bolt, spindle dust plate, quite a few things. Maybe you can record and upload a short clip on Youtube?
