Default 1.9d phase 2 duel mass flywheel

Less than 500 miles done on this when I got a rattle thought it and mech thought it was the flywheel and fitted new one sending this off to Luk has been fully tested and no fault cost 260 new looking 150 have report here and yes rattle has returned

did you check the concentric clutch slave cylinder inside the gearbox housing(see picture)while you had it apart...undo the 2 bolts and shake it to see if it rattles...i would suggest you get more advice from others,regarding the clutch first of course as i know nothing about clutches(rattling etc).but if you do have to take it apart again,then check that.regards

It's a sticky release bearing I've been told but it's not affecting mpg and it's not slipping only rattles when sitting idle and u release the clutch quickly
