Compared with the 1161620 specs it has almost the same values.

Oil part numbers for MY2011 XC70:
What does chain housing, universal oil and pfpe aerosol refers to? Where do you use these oils?

Chain housing is only on the Old T6 twin turbo AWD unit which is unique to this power train .

Universal oil is penetrating lubricant which tends to stay where you spray it and not evaporate away ...

PFPE is a stiffer Aerosol grease which lubricates seat joints etc ...

Just found that the old spec 1161620 is a mineral based oil however the new successor part no 31259380 is full synthetic. The liqui-moly what I bought is also mineral.

Does it matters during a long term use ? As I know mineral based oils are tend to be more muddy over the time and lose their attribution.

Basically synthetic has a very long service life , and hardly deteriorates at all , that is why there is no change interval listed by volvo .
Mineral needs changing every 48000 miles or so as per the old 240 service schedules .
