Volvo On Call down? - Page 3

Today's VOC issue. Continously says climate is running. Had a new phone yesterday, so not the device I don't think. Used remote start yesterday morning as it was cold outside and now all I'm getting is this. So can't use remote start at all now.

Lack of remote start maybe least of your problems. I’d be more concerned that you’ve shared your home address details on a public forum.

Try selecting the user profile icon bottom right > connected cars.
This may reset your current screen.

reinstall app it helps me in most of the times

I spoke to Volvo through the online chat. He said they've got connectivity issues at the moment they are trying to resolve. Advised me to uninstall the app also. But it's the same on 3 devices so I'm not sure it will help. I suppose I could uninstall on all of them.
