Default V50 D5 2008 Software issue? possibly?

Hi,

Im after some advice please?

My 2008 V50 D5 has been in two different garages over the last month with the same issue..

The car drives fine then all of a sudden it starts missing and running really rough..

It shows no faults on the volvo computer in the Indi Garage, The injectors have all been checked and replaced the manifold checked etc.... still the same issue.

Could this now be a Software problem? This is what the Indi mechanic seems to think. Peter Graham (maryport) I trust his opinion too. Has anyone else had a similar issue with the D5 2008 Model?

Kind regards
Gary

Have you got the latest software ? Not that it is likely to fix your problem but always a good place to start . barometric pressure sensors are the latest thing to play up ..
