Default On Call Question

Morning All

I’ve been getting ‘VOC service required’ for a few weeks and have read on here that some sort of reset is required rather than a new battery. Yesterday I got a ‘VOC deacivated’ message on first start up but it never reappeared thereafter.

Bearing in mind the car is 17 years old (55 plate), presumably the VOC battery could need replacing?

Anyone had this?

Thank you

The battery in the On Call is very specialised space technology to last a long time. How long is unknown!
first thing to do is reset the on call battery in VIDA.. see how it goes... otherwise it will be a new battery needed.
