Default Stuttering at 1500 revs.

Hi all, I have an issue with my 2009 2.0D V70. Within a specific band of 1500 to 2000 revs I get stuttering from the engine and the forward motion of the car. Its worse when cold, when I accelerate there is no lack of power and stuttering stops. It is only when I hold those specific engine revolutions, but also worse at low speeds.
The car has 200k but is great condition otherwise.
Work recently done :
It has had a new turbo installed about six months ago which was leaking oil, but this stuttering was there before this job, and is still there. I thought the new turbo would sort it.
I also replaced a few sensors, Mass Airflow, Air intake temp, and MAP sensor, with no difference.
I am thinking it might be a hose leak on the turbo vaccum or something silly like that. Otherwise the car has plenty of power and idles well.
Any thoughts from the mechanics among you. Cheers.
