Default Hi

Looks as if you have the steel tank . The fitment of the pump is different to the plastic type tanks .
You do not need the special "ring-type" wrench just a suitable drift to punch the lock-ring open .
The important thing is to index everything before removal to be sure it goes back in the same place . Also mark the lock-ring before so that you don`t over-tighten when re-fitting .
Clean the top thoroughly before-hand to prevent dirt contamination .
Undo the lock-ring gently and slowly without forcing anything and it will come .

There is a good write-up on the swedespeed forum which i tried to copy and paste but the security prevented it. You may find it yourself .

I think the steel tanks have the PEM mounted on top of the tank under the car .
There they are very likely to suffer from corrosion . There is a mod and it is a good idea to move them next to the spare wheel .

Can`t help with identifying the correct pump but if you search for steel tank type...
