Creaky plastics
Hi guys,
Final question for today hopefully. Just bought a 2010 XC90 SE Lux. The centre console plastic are squeaky, the car has been recently valeted so not sure if this has not helped. The worse part is the centre arm rest box. When opening it it's awfully loud and feels like it's poorly made, is there any way I can adjust it to quieten it down or anything I can spray on it to lube it? Also is there an easy way to get to the upper section of the arm rest box without opening it and then fiddling trying to pull it down? Thanks in advance |

The center armest hinges can get dry and tight and squeeky.
i sprayed silicon into mine 2 years ago and it's been quiet ever since.
