I just got one from ECP. Buy via their on-line portal carparts4less.co.uk for best prices but collect in store. Comes with three year guarantee. Alternatively you can go to a Volvo dealer and pay the equivalent of the GDP of Bolivia for a genuine one.

Mine is the 1.8L Volvo petrol engine. I paid a total of £108 for both bits including the gasket. That is the centre pipe and the back box. Doesn't include the cat of course which costs about £160 by itself. I also bought (from an ebay supplier) three M12 stainless steel machine screws and matching nuts to join the two bits together. The exhaust has a three year warranty so I wanted to make sure I could get it apart if I need to claim in the future. The 2.0L is virtually if not exactly the same exhaust so should cost the same.

Did you get it replaced?

Mines failed in the same place. Curious how you got on and what it cost you.
