Default Driver's Seat Adjustment.

I have a vague recollection that there is a way to gain a little extra legroom/elbow room on the seats of a 240, by altering the position of the seat on its runners.
Can anyone give me any more information on this? I could do with a bit more legroom, and a little less bent arm driving position.
