Hi A

https://www.ipdusa.com/techtips/1001...oes-it-tell-me

OK
I think your 8 digit productid is
F1A6YWB5 which splits into
F1 A 6 Y W B 5

so your rear spring is type Y

which I think matches the part number that I gave you.

I am not a pro, but maybe a Volvo dealer can check?

Steve

Hi AmazonDean

Did you find somewhere that sells those springs?

I have a 1998 AWD and am deciding whether to bring it back to life or not.
If I don't I might part it out.

Steve

Hi Steve. I have found replacement springs. However, I am now in need of the dampers as well. One is good the other is shot. If I can source second hand I would.

Tried sending you a private message Steve, but your inbox is full. I would be interested in your springs and dampers if you are interested in selling them. My email address is amazondean@yahoo.co.uk if you want to contact me

Thanks. Dean.

I have cleared a bit of space in my inbox now.

Hi, bit of thread revival but looking to replace the springs on my ‘98 awd but struggling to find them. Any chance you could share where you got yours?

Thanks,
C

If i remember correctly I got them from Skandix. However, the standard AWD are different to the cross country version, as these cars sit higher. I think the standard AWD car springs are easier to find!

As there are several sizes available, it is not always straight forward to get the right ones. Good luck.
