Default V50 abs fault ? Wiper on ? Limp mode ?

Hi , I need some help !!

Just purchased a Volvo V50 (2005, SPORT ESTATE) from a private sale.

Had the car a few days and the drivers footwell was full of water after a downpoor, traced the fault to sunroof drain plugs, pipe had come loose and was dumping water in drivers footwell. Problem now sorted..BUT have another issue now.
The car is displaying "abs fault" "brake failure" and wipers come on and i lose hazards lights ?? the car then goes into limp mode.

It does not happen every day but at weekend it happened 3 times in one day.

Any ideas please ???
