960 Throttle Body

Hi guys,

Please can someone help, I'm looking for a 960 throttle body for my 854 T-5R..

Any help greatfully received, money or beer waiting.

I'm living in Kent at the mo but could hopefully sort some postage out or something,

Scott, I think what you mean is the throttle plate.

Replacing the standard one with an early 960 3 litre auto type (late one doesn't come out) is a popular mod in the States (principally because it releases a whole lot more power for pennies), but its for the NA cars only (I've already done mine) - I believe the throttle plate won't go into the Turbo's throttle body/housing as the housing is too small to accomodate it.

Not sure if there's a restrictor in the turbo's plate?

Anyway, if there is, and you want to machine down the 960 plate's diameter to fit, the part number is: 3501603 and the screws that secure it: 943781 ( x 2 )

I've got the complete inlet manifold from a (97) 960 3.0 24v that I took off a replacement engine I swapped for a customer... see pictures below... do you still need anything?

obviously these parts are surplus to my requierments (spares) so for some 'beer money' I could send you the part you need off it... let me know matey
