Default 940/960 parts, lots of them... Part 1

As my 940 is for sale, I no longer need my carefully collected parts. Hopefully they will be of interest to people here, anything unsold will go on ebay at a later date at a higher price (to cover fees etc).

I can post all parts at cost price, or they can be collected from Doncaster.

Item 1: Ambient Temperature Gauge and Sensor. £100

I bought this from a seller in Thailand believe it or not. I haven't tested it, but he has a good reputation and only sells very good quality parts, so I'm assuming it'll be fine. It has the black connector so is a plug in upgrade for a 940. It will need rewiring to fit a 960 - which has a white plug.

Item 2: 940 Antenna switch. £40

I can't remember for sure, but this might be new. Fits 940 (and 760?)

Item 3: 940 Coolant Sensor. £20

Genuine Volvo, still in bag. This cost me £55.

Item 4: Cupholder armrest. £60

I bought this from another VOC member and paid him £60 for it, so only looking to get my money back. These can go for silly money on ebay. Grey with front and rear cupholders, all working fine, but some discoloration on top as shown.

Item 5: Door open warning lamps. £10 each

All in A1 condition, one for each door so state which you need.

Item 6: Pair of electric heated door mirrors. £60 the pair.

These are working mirrors with intact mirror glass. Some paint damage as shown.

Item 7: Drivers switch pack. £25

This is a spares item as the front window switches aren't matched. Useful to provide serviceable spare switches and mirror controls. All working IIRC, but some switches are 'sticky' and need the contacts cleaning.

Item 8: 940 Turbo instrument cluster with boost gauge. £120

Quite desirable and getting hard to find now. You can either fit the cluster as is, or just transfer the tacho/boost instrument over to your existing cluster. Its a Yazaki unit dated 1995. I have no idea if the cluster is ok, it is untested as I was just going to use the tacho.

Hi, I don't know for sure, but it looks like Coral Red to me - I had a Coral Red S70 a few years ago and so I'm reasonably certain that is what it is. I was going to have them resprayed in VerdiGris so the colour didn't matter to me

Thanks for the interest

Thanks everyone. Current sales position is:

Pair of door mirrors : 940VolvoMan

Ambient temp gauge : AndyClimax

Cupholder armrest : Natmargetts

Engine temp sensor : Natmargetts

NB We're taking a last minute holiday so I won't be around til Tuesday 29th. I'll treat sales on a first come first served basis to be fair. Thanks.

Apologies for the delay that this will inevitably cause. I'll get everything boxed up and postage quotes sent out upon our return. Thanks

Hey, hope your holiday was good. Wondering if you'd been able to box some bits up please? Think my car is in desperate need of that temp sensor... Cheers!
