Default Window issues

Good morning,

Got a 2003 c70 convertable had it for a few months and absolutely love it.
Everything was running sweet until this morning when I noticed that once I get upto speeds of 40mph and above I get the most annoying wind whistling noise coming from the top of the passenger window.
It looks like the window dont sit flush against the interior, seems like there is a gap compaired to the other side which does sit flush.
I was thinking of buying some of the adhesive foam tape and try to fill the gap up.

Has anyone else experienced this or know of an easy fix that i could do, any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers Michael.

Just to give you all an update on the window issue, took it to main volvo dealer as there are no independant ones in my area, and the guy quoted me 2 hours work at about £80-£90 /hour. I said Ill put up with the noise for the time being.

Anyway will driving home spotted a windows and conservatory manufacturers, popped in there asked for some sticky back foam, they kindly gave me a whole roll of it for nothing. Got home cut a strip approx 1' by about 4mm wide, stuck it on the existing seal of the windows, problem solved, cant see the foam, works fine.

Will attempt to sort the issue out good and proper myself though when I have the balls and time to do the job, but for quick fix this was ideal.

Michael.
