Default D5 very high fuel consumption

Hi,
My first post, so hello everyone!
I have a 2009 v70 with a d5 engine and auto gearbox. I have done 80 kkm since new, without any problems till recently. I use it for daily commute - short distance, city and weekend trips + vacation once a year. Fuel consumption was 10-11 l/ 100 km on a longer term average. However since my last revision its around 14 l/ 100km (!!) with no change in driving habits or any other obbious reason. Would anyone have an idea what ciuld be the reason??
Thanks!
Zen

A leak somewhere I would look for?
Check tank and fuel lines with engine running first maybe?

Tyre pressures?
Clogged air filter?
Excessive/Incorrect oil grade?
Binding brakes?
Also maybe the long term average was based on different driving style of previous owner? Doesn't the average consumption figure calculation get reset to something like every 10kKM? Maybe the 14l/100km is more representative of your driving.

Thanks these are useful. The car is mine since new. Tyres are fine, but since all this occured after the revision (new brakes, oil and filters) i guess i need to go back and check. For dpf i think its too long as its been 1000 km with the problem now...
Anyways thanks again. I guess my main problem is that i dont know any decent mechanics around paris.
Best
Z

Thanks for this info, are these all the factors that could affect fuel consumption? my 2.9 s80 petrol has been showing me an average of 14.1mpg, however it can reach a best of 60mpg (instantaneous) if i'm not pedaling, but mostly around 19-24mpg instantenous. is this normal?
