He is sending his daughter to take photos of the car and it's interior and will post them on the website where it it advertised, apparently the car is at this fathers. Website link (its still got the Wentworth in it's title!)

He's sent me the pics by email and I would say it is the 850R. It has the leather on the centres of the seats and the alcantra on the sides, it is the green colour and it has the little badge to the left of the 850. Just about to upload them to here. Sadly looks like a dent in the back but looks like it is the 850R, is £1500 a bargain? Or not? Bearing in mind there are so few around (I personally hate that steering wheel!)

aah, misunderstood your post about seats. Well we got there in the end! So he hasn't got a rare car and he originally wanted £3000 for this and he's advertising it in ClassicCar as the 850R!!!!!!!!!!!! Duh! Well, just about to tell him, make his day!!! (I'll offer him £500, see what he says!)

The steering wheel is not the best colour at all I have to agree, I have a wood effect steering wheel on my T5 not that colour though and I love it. Just a better feel all round, and in my opinion gives a better grip. Just thinking if the steering wheel on that T5-R would look ok in my R, might go with the cream interior er perhaps not. A fair price would be £1k |
