T6 - Black Volvo S80 T6 SE '54' Plate 76k Auto

Hi all,

I have a friend is who is in the Forces and wants to sell his beloved Volvo S80 T6, he was just going to put on Ebay or Autotrader but I said he should get an advert on here for it as it is a really nice example with relatively low mileage. He's not into forums and stuff so I said I would post an advert up for him on his behalf - et voila!

He is often always away 'a lot' and the car has had very little use over the last 12months, this coupled with the fact that he is ending his time in the Forces soon too (in a few months) he is going to downsize in vehicle. He has owned this S80 for the last 4 years with trouble free motoring. What he says he enjoys most about the car is that it just cruises effortlessly on a run and you dont even notice the miles going by.

The car -Black Volvo S80 T6 SE 54 plate Auto 'Geartronic' with currently 76k on the clock. The car is in use so mileage may change slightly.

4 Doors, Automatic, Saloon, Petrol in Metallic Black - which I consider to be one of the best colours a car can be - see pics below:

The car has excellent cream leather trim, air con, 17" wheels (as in pictures below), factory tinted windows (slight tint), headlamp wash, chrome surround front grille, front and rear fog lights, remote central locking, alarm, immoboliser, electric windows, electric tilt and slide sunroof, multi function steering wheel, cruise control, ABS, Air-Bags galore, centre armrest, cup holder, traction control, electronic stability control (ESP), electric heated seats, electric power seats, CD/Radio player, aluminium pack (interior bits), trip computer, parking sensors, electric heated door mirrors, rear head restraints, rear centre armrest, interior light pack, auto dimming mirror, electric child locks, boot load cover, rear folding seats, high level brake light, drivers toolkit and of course a spare key!

The car has Full Service History - All but 2 done at Volvo with all stamps and receipts.

As you can see the car has been very well looked after and very well cared for. Having seen the car I can say it is in excellent condition with relatively low mileage and a very good spec.

OWNERS - I will have to check again and post an update as I can't remember the exact details, the car has had either 4 or 5 owners iirc it has had 4 which makes my mate the 5th owner. Yes this sounds a lot but there is a little storey to the number.

The first owners were actually an elderly couple that puchased the car (Brand New) after the guys retirement, unfortunately the bloke died before he even got to drive the vehicle, he was the RK so that was owner 1. Owner 2 then became his wife who had the car and only drove it a few times before taking back to the Volvo Dealer as it just too much and too big for her (at a great lose I'm sure) so that is RK 2. The 3rd RK then purchases the car from the Volvo Dealer, he works as a used car salesman at some other garage. This owner then for some reason transfers ownership to the garage he works at (no idea why), the garage is then the 4th RK although really the car has only had 'ONE' real actual user of the car. My mate then purchases the car from this garages forecourt - now the 5th RK (4 previous keepers) although he has really only been the cars 2nd real proper user.

The car itself is an armchair on wheels as it is so comfortable to drive, with the T6 engine it can be as lazy as you want it to be or stick your foot down and with a blip of the throttle your off like a rocket ship. The automatic geartronic box really does suite this car well.

The car is situated in Poole in Dorset right next door to Rockley Park Caravan Park. This is where the car can be viewed (arrangement required). I am in Exmouth in Devon so as you'll see I'm NOT just 2 min away although if my mate is not away then he will deal with any viewing himself which can be anytime.

The car drives beatifully, the interior is absolutely excellent and everything works as it should. The only fault currently is the battery has just failed - no longer holding charge, this will be replaced with a brand new one for any buyer.

He is looking for a relatively quick sale as he is wanting to use the proceeds from the sale for some new venture. So if your interested please come and see the car - you wont be dissapointed and any inspection is more than welcome. There is a Volvo Specialist Indy garage and also a Volvo Main Dealer (Snows - Blandford Road) very close by (within 1.5miles) if you want to arrange a professional opinion.

There is only a few days left of RFL (Car Tax) if someone would like to purchase the car and be able to drive away. After the end of the month the vehicle will be sorn.

As my mate would like to sell the vehicle soon then he is going to drop the price again then put it in autotrader or trade it in.

Reduced to £3,100 for a quick sale. This car is really worth a look if your in the market for a T6, lovely interior, good spec and well cared for.
