Mine started the spinning wheel yesterday and continued today. I contacted Spotify who confirmed the issue and told me to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.... I clicked uninstall but now cannot find Spotify in the download centre Does anyone know how to get it back?

I’ve got it working now. I logged into Spotify on a web browser which seemed to make it work. This also worked for someone else who I know had the same problem. Worth a try if yours is still not working...

Yes I logged in using the Safari web browser on my phone. I did this as I was half expecting to be prompted to accept some Terms and Conditions. It signed in with no prompt but then car started working.

I've just tried again to reinstall Spotify but the 'new app' section of the download centre is blank, no apps to download, so I can't even reinstall it.
Seems a bit extreme to have to visit a dealer for an app problem! |

I've just logged out/in of the app on my phone and on the PC will see if that makes any difference at all after work.

I had this in the past after deleting Spotify for a previous outage. It came back in the list of new apps to install after a day or so.

If you log into Spotify via a web browser there is an option to sign out of all devices. This should force you to log back in on the car which may help. Or you could change your Spotify password which would have same effect.

Mine started working again this afternoon - no need for any reinstalling or logging out and in again.
