This is basically the same as the caster angle. The only way to adjust this properly on an Amazon is by changing the shims between the front suspension cross member and the chassis. To ensure the caster was correct when built the factory selected these shims to correct the inevitable small variations due to small twists in the body when put together. Methods were a bit cruder back then compared to now. Amount and thickness of shims can be different both sides. If removing the cross member bag and label the shims so they go back in the same positions. Fitting a new cross member may need different shims to give the correct caster. The alternate method is a bodge and not advised. If you off set the camber shims it will twist the top A arm and alter the caster angle. It will however put the bolts that go through the shims under a sideways strain and it's not unknown for them to break if you go down this route. Note: Original post says 2º positive camber. not caster. Camber can be changed safely by altering the number of of shims. Change equally front and back and on both sides of the car.
I still think this is a toe in problem. Pitman arm on box OK and idler arm not pointing straight forward. Or vice versa.
