Default Help s80 autotransmission

HELP!!!! I have a problem with my s80se, 2.9 volvo, its 1999/2000 V reg from UK and I keep getting the warning light (Urgent autotransmission service)
I took it to my local vovlo dealer here in germany who gave the car a good overall service and flushed the gearbox , new seal ect (he said that the oil was black and burnt inside with loads of particles in the oil.
However I have a major problem with it now in that if I reduce my speed below 60km the transmission will not go back up leaving me with my rev counter almost to the red and sounds like im about to blow my engine if i increase my speed above 70km. The only way I can continue driving is to pull over, stop the engine, then restart hope that I can get above the 50km ph speed in order for my transmission to engage to a decent drivable speed.
My problem is that being british and living in germany has problems with translation any one HELP at all!!!

You can be led by the fault codes , but at the end of the day the gearbox needs mechanical attention you could get it repaired or find a used unit .... the fact that the oil was so dirty and full of particles says it has been neglected regarding oil changes so start with a fresh box ...
