Default XC90 Rear Seats

We used the rearmost seats for the first time yesterday since we bought our XC90 in September. With our son's Maxi Cosi Priori XP child seat in place, our daughter sat directly in front of him in the middle row had no leg room. Is it possible to move the rearmost seats backwards towards the boot, or are they fixed?

I doubt very much that they could be moved as for a start the battery is in that spece under the boot floor.

No, you cannot move the 3rd row back - but you can move rows 2 and 1 forward!

You can actually removed the middle console (between the first row seats), UNLESS yours come with the DVD player built in there.

With the centre console removed the middle seat can almost move to between the front two seats.

We tend to fold the middle seat down in row 2 and slide it forward to give the occupants of the third row a bit more legroom. The third row seats are fixed, as others have said.
