Anyone have an air inlet?
I don't really know if they are actually called that way, my partner has one on his 145 expresse and from dutch it translates as an air inlet (I guess)
it's black and sits on top of the little air grill that is below the front windshield. Tnx! |

Hi,
Is this what you mean? In English it's called a snow-cap. "Steve and his 244" on this forum has one on his car; he got it on ebay, from Belgium, but the link to that ebay shop is closed. I'll ask him if he can help you locate the supplier. John |

Just tried to find the seller with no luck - He always seems to list them with the title:
"Volvo 140-240 snow-cap, large one 1973-1985" If you occasionally do a google search using exactly those words, or maybe just "Volvo 140-240 snow-cap" you'll more than likely come against one sometime - ive seen them for sale on and off. Generally keep an eye out on ebay with a worldwide search too. Steve

snow cap
Thanks guys! That is exactly what I am looking for! My good old 140 isn't much to look at, beauty-wise, but she's ever so cool "statement-wise" and a thing like that (plus a whole bunch of other stuff, but first things first) would really make her look that much cooler!
I'll do a google search for the thing, thanks for all the tips! you guys are great! |
