Talking S70 Power cable routing for amp

Now i have had a look at another members post but has anyone got any pics of how they got there amp power lead through the bulkhead into the car and also how can you get the lead to go through to the boot?
As mine is the saloon rather than the estate do the rear seat fold flat at all or is there another way?
I am using 4awg Cable so it is quite thick lol.
Again if anyone has pics or is willing to put pictures up for reference it would be greatly appreciated.

No pic's, but....

Roughly behind the abs pump, and about 6" down, there's a massive grommit in the bulkhead, with dimples in it, I assume its for the throttle cable ect for LHD, different sizes, so you've a choice of size of hole you need, comes in just behind the gloev box, you'll need to poke through the sound proofing though, I taped a 6mm drill bit to the end of my cable to pull it through, but my cable is about 6mm. From there, I took it under the centre console and along the rearmost corner of the rear foot wells, over to the p/s/r door and followed the cables from there into the boot.
The rear seat base is easily removed to allow access to under the rear carpets

I used 4awg also, theres jsut enough room down the side of teh fuse box underneath the bonnet. This feeds down into the drivers side area, somewhere around the wiring loom. Check my dashboard removal guide on the "Articles section", I think theres a pic of it there somewhere. If not, i'll take a pic for you and show you how I did it. Took 6.5m of cable though!

Following on....I couldn;t get mine through the hole that NI_Volvo_nut suggests, so I did it that way

Power lead runs down the drivers sill, through to the rear sill and then into the boot underneath the back seats.
Signal goes down the passenger sill, and all the way to the boot that way.
Remote switch on - I use a Line Level Converter (as I kept the original head unit), this then runs through the center console, underneath the floor carpet, and comes up under the rear seats again.

Hi,
You dont have to use line level concerters because you have a OME volvo radio.
You can get an adactor lead or make your own from the volvo amp Din scoket
on rhe back of the radio to RCA leads .This will give you beter qulity sound, unles you already have a volvo amp pluged in aswell, then you would need to splice in to the lead to the amp.

Regards Rogerb

Not sure about that RogerB, but my LLC box comes off the rear speakers, and converts it to RCA lead. I then feed the RCA to the boot. Signals absolutely clear, sub has an active amp built into it so its all contained!

I fitted my amp onto the rear seat in my 850 saloon. I ran the leads under the rear seat, then under the carpet, under the centre console to the rear of the stereo
