You can get pretty much all the interior trim new - one of the Dutch or Swedish supplier's websites has all the info & prices. Also, the UK old Volvo parts suppliers can order them in too.

The 2 door is not only bigger but also a slightly different shape.

Cool, any idea which supplier? Also has anyone got a really good exploded diagram of the steering column? I have the ones from the volvo amazon gallery site but they are not clear. Stupidly I have taken mine apart and can't remember in which order all the springs washer and circlips go.
Thanks |

It doesn't show clearly where everything goes for one.
I have two springs, two split cup washers, four shim washer, two massive washers and the plastic indicator knock off. Anyone care to try and put them into the right order for me? Main issue is where and which way round the split cup washers go and where the massive washers go? Any ideas? |

Just picked up a B20 the other day. Block is from a 140. The head looks different to my 1800 one as it is flat on the top edge without the volvo lettering on it. Can anyone shed any light on this? Is this normal for a 140?

That's a B20F head. If you take the valve cover off you'll see Volvo embossed inside. It's a quick way of telling which is which. Volvo outside = B18. Volvo inside = B20. The B20E head doesn't have the long flat pad in the middle of the "outside" area.

Are those 4 circular marks where injectors have been blanked off?
