S60. Repairing textile finish on windscreen arches.
On my S60 the fabric finish is detached on both sides. What would you do to glue it back on so it looks good? I never worked with textiles before and didn't want to mess it up. I'll put some pictures later.

I have had the same issue. The trim pieces are easy to remove, I pulled off the old saggy cover and replaced it with new material. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LIGHT-GRE.../273975918380?
I used spray adhesive on both the trim and the material, leave it for 10-15 minutes and than join together. Cut to size when the material is properly stuck. |

The A-pillar trim covers are actually a bit tricky to remove because there's a safety clip at the top - this clips keeps the trim attached when the curtain airbag deploys, otherwise the airbag explosion will project the trim piece towards the passengers and can hurt them quite a bit (the airbag is right under this trim piece and deploys with great force). There's videos showing how to safely detach these clips, but I recommend ordering new ones for Volvo - I believe there are two different types. Again, it's a pretty important safety feature.
