What i have just been told by a couple of parts places....most don't even list one. what a ballache.....If i were a little richer i would probably at this point give up and go buy a BMW 135i sport, fit a LSD and a stage 1 remap to 380 bhp. ...but i am not and i am stuck with this fooking brick. It's not like it's a really old car, i am getting sick of trying to find decent OEM parts or in this case any parts at all. It took 8 goes to get the right ball joint the other day for MOT...

It's possible I might have a spare lying around. Providing it can be located I will photo later. Presumably no difference between diesel / petrol?

If it is no different to A/C heater matrix I randomly decided to keep the one from my last breaker, normally just leave them but I made sure t take this one out, I will get some pics of it for you.

Have a look through skandix.de.
It's not that easy to work out - some parts are listed for A/C only, which would make you think they are different, others for 'all models', which suggests the opposite. I do not see separate lists for LHD / RHD. There are some genuine volvo bits if you happen to have a special cc limit. jor jor

Heater matrix part numbers:
740/940 without AC LHD: 1308374 RHD: 1308449 740/940/960/s90/v90 with AC LHD: 1307236 RHD: 1307277 The only functional difference between all of these is where the pipes are and their angles. Without AC has two stubby pipes spaced apart from each other, with AC has two long pipes close together. The LHD and RHD parts are then obviously mirrored from each other. I'm sure if you felt handy with a hacksaw and some heater hose you could adapt one for the other. A quick check over everywhere shows that only LHD ones are now easily available - all the ones on Skandix are LHD. I guess if you know a plumber he could probably swap the pipes around from LHD to RHD??

Refurbished
The original matrix is made of copper, so why don't you get it refurbished?
