Default 940Tdic Saloon White J65 WWC £1500

I’ve decided that I’m going to let this go now after all as I have just bought an 850TDI.
Since I bought it last year I too it to my local Volvo independent specialist in Gloucester who has been doing all my work,I had an oil change,al,the filters, all new glow plugs(including the hard to reach ones!).The mot is up so I’m going to,put a fresh mot on it.
There is much history to the car documented here on the forum if you want to search the posts and threads, the last guy looked after it very well(volvoexpress is his user name to help search the posts).
I was looking for an 850TDI for a long time, before I bought this infact and bought this only as a stop gap.I finally found one on this forum and I’m very happy with it.The reason I’m letting this go is mainly that I needed something a bit more economical,I’m getting around 400 -450miles per tank as it’s only used back and for to work which is 95% motorway and out of rush hour both ways so no stop start and a good run 50+ miles each way.Im doing 500-600 miles a week so the better mpg on the 850,around 45-50 mpg will make a big difference to me over the year.
The car car has a few upgrades done to it by previous owner which I think are great, new interior with heated leather 960 seats and wood inlays. Also boot spoiler with brake light and Auriga alloys.
I will find link to the advert from which I bought it, it’s on this site again.
I’ve never been able to upload picture on this site from my tablet but I can email them easily.
My email address olive855r@gmail.com if you want any more info or message me here.
I’m just after the money I paid for despite spending another £700 for servicing e.t.c.
If your after a 940Tdic,that’s with the intercooler, you, will know how hard they are to find, especially in as good a condition as this one is and having been so well looked after.
So just to confirm it will have 12months mot on it,I will be getting done in next couple of weeks.
£1500 no offers.
Take a look.

Tidy car. I love how the tester marked down that it's missing the hazard button cover as an advisory. The bloke that did my 940 broke the cover for mine. Didn't say anything just put the broken bits in the ashtray...

That was good of him to put the bits somewhere safe!
It’s always a good feeling driving your old car home from an mot after its passes knowing that many modern cars that cost 10 times as much don’t get that priveledge guaranteed.
Now I’m hunting for that hazard warning cover.
Anybody know of one going?

You might be better off buying a whole stalk. But plenty of cars being broken at the moment.
