The third code points to fuel pressure regulator which is a common thing to fail on the T4

When I first purchased my T4 I think I had similar problems and I changed all sorts of sensors but still kept getting the same codes it wasn’t until I fitted a new cambelt and reset the vvt pulley that they cleared

Are you experiencing any misfire whilst driving specifically when accelerating hard
Only in 4th gear but i have to really lean on it

Check the spark plugs as the T4 is really fussy and only likes Volvo plugs it’s sounds ridiculous but it really plays up with anything else it’s also fussy about fuel type mine only likes Vpower or it drives like a dog

Hope this helps and obviously try the cheapest jobs first

Clarky the Galant wheels look mint on your V40 did you have to do anything?
Sorry mate, didn't mean to ignore you there, didn't spot the bit on the bottom. They came with the car, the irony being that I only went to buy a set of MOMO gt2 alloys for the orange one which the mitsi wheels had replaced but ended up buying the car as well haha. I'm unsure how accurate it is but from the info I can find online the galant wheels are et46 and Volvo ones are 44, so practically nothing in it, although to me the rears do sit a wee bit close to the suspension arms, I'm considering a set of 5mm hubcentric spacers.

Araldite them in and put a dab of grease on the threads. They wont ever lock solid again.

Got the EML come on on the way to work this morning, it made no difference to the running of the car at all, plugged our little gendan obd reader in and got a P0131 code, O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1, deleted the code, light went out and hasnt come on again. Also had a look at my turbo actuator in an attempt to sort out why it appears to only have 10 psi of boost, shortened the rod by 1 and a half turns, now boosts to 10.5 psi, so that was pretty pointless then.

It’s a step in the right direction I’d add another turn in and see if it makes a difference you can always wind it back again

It won't go any further, well, about a third of a turn but not enough to reattach it, I'm guessing something else is happening somewhere like a leak, or the gauge is wrong, as I know shortening the actuator only works up to a certain point on most cars, you'll reach a point where no matter how much you shorten it it won't boost any higher, must have reached that point.

Well, the inevitable happened. We needed groceries, and that meant driving in the snow.

I'm so glad the ABS doesn't work - or the journey would've been dangerous.

Tried to check trans fluid level on my newly acquired s60 2.5T project car and broke the dipstick. Spent the next hour trying to fish the remaining piece out of the filler tube with a bike spoke. Love it when you have to spend time fixing your own stupid mistakes.
