I have also ordered a T4 Osmium Grey V90 in R Design spec.

I went with Front sensors and rear camera as the only options. Due in early April... Can't wait!
Congratulations, I liked both grey options but savile grey seemed a little dark so decided on Osmium. It seems to be a popular colour.

Thanks. Indeed it does! The Savile grey is almost black hence why I went Osmium.

i have also ordered a V90 R-Design D4, the lease deal was very good compared to my original plan for A6 avant.

Opted for the standard White, with front sensors and the optional connectivity pack due to the addition of an extra USB port, can't believe they would only be delivered with one

How do you find the standard stereo?
Stereo is fine sound wise. There are three ways to choose songs/inputs etc.
1. Using the touch screen.
2. Using voice commands for example saying "play radio 4", will put radio 4 on, "play bluetooth" will start playing the songs on your phone. You can also specify a playlist or song or say switch to DAB etc it is rather impressive.
3. The last way is with the right hand steering controls you can bring up the music menu on the 12inch driver display and select your poison with the controls.

This is very easy and I'm rather surprised none of these ways of accessing car controls are talked about in the reviews of SPA Volvos I have seen.

Wow sounds very impressive. I currently drive a BMW and I find picking music a bit fiddly however I have the advanced audio not Harmon Kardon and the sound quality is very good for a cheap option.

The Voice control works well and you can use it for other functions such as heating controls, seat heating, heated screen. For example say set temperature to 21 degrees or I'm cold...

The dictation tool is useful if your driving and want to remember your thoughts you can talk to your car (admittedly takes a bit of getting used too) and it will email you the conversation so you don't forget it - just make sure you have set up a Volvo ID.

What option do you need to get this feature?

Yes that is correct - you don't have to pay extra for it and it should be installed by default, if not go to the download centre in the car.

I have a D4 V90 R Design on order too. I liked the blue and the osmium grey and viewed examples of both before settling on the grey. It's scheduled to begin build in a week or so with delivery at the end of March.

Only option I added was smartphone integration - not sure I need it as the car's voice control and nav seem decent but it's not hugely expensive and I'm looking forward to see how Android Auto works in the car.
