I had to reset the average otherwise it just started creeping up. On fact it took so long on 0.1 that's when I reset it.... then normal. It's haopened twice in just under a year.

I have not mentioned to the dealer... too many other things to sort.

Anyone had this happen to them
Centre screen readout is working again today, obviously now starting from zero so I've lost my average mpg from new, bit of a pain, but I guess worse things happen at sea.
Will wait and see how long it records for.

It happens whenever you hit a certain distance. It's a bug that is easily replicated. I have it all the time, and I have seen others post about it.

Most cars reset the trips at around 2000 miles in my experience.

So that's what happened.

Mine froze at 2400 miles (approx). The bar graph was still working but the readout said 0 mpg.

I left it for a few days, nothing changed, so I reset it manually. It has been fine since. At least I now know it is going to happen again.

A bug in the software no doubt.

It is the only issue I have had so far. I am well impressed.

That's pretty much what happened to me, my mileage was around 2850, so very similar to yours. It little bit annoying because I was trying to record my average mpg over my ownership, not the end of the world though. Like you this was my first issue so also suitably impressed.
