Another AC warrrenty ?

Hi, I have searched for an answer but no joy... I am a newbie so could be monging it.

I bought a 2008 V50 2.0D last year with 19k on the clock and the aircon wouldn't kick out cold air; however after I recharged it all was well.

I then noticed a thread on here yesterday saying there was an offer to replace the condenser on Volvo's under five years old that ended at the end of Aug. Doh.

Is this true, and if so what is my chances of getting this work done now for free as I am late?

Oh I thoguht it was a case of replace tehm all with some kind of upgrade?

No

if the condenser FAILED as a result of poor manufacturer (NOT stone chip damage) and they checked the system FIRST charged you for that test and it was that it would be refunded and FOC condenser replacement would be allowed.
